病院の特徴や、どの範囲で配布するかによって、誰がいつ配布するかを決めるとよいでしょう。

It can be distributed at various points during care. For details, please refer to the Recommended Timing for Distribution section.
Q. 外来でも病棟でも使えますか？ Can it be used in both outpatient and inpatient settings?
A. はい。患者さんと治療について話し合うタイミングであればいつでもお渡しいただけます。受付や待合室で自由にお持ちいただける形にすることも可能です。
Yes. The QPL can be used anytime you discuss treatment with patients. You can also make it freely available at the reception desk or waiting area.

The QPL can be used with any patient.

A. 「高齢がん患者の抗がん剤治療を選択する際の質問リスト」を配布し、体力・生活の希望・サポート体制を一緒に確認します。ご家族同席での利用も有効です。

医療者の業務負担について About Workload for Healthcare Professionals
Q. 医療者側の負担になりませんか？ Does using the QPL increase the workload for healthcare providers?
A. 大きな負担にはなりません。患者さんが聞きたいことを事前に整理することで診察時のやりとりが円滑になります。
Not significantly. Since patients can organize questions beforehand, consultations proceed more smoothly.
Q. 質問リストの利用は診療時間を延ばしませんか？ Does the QPL make consultations longer?
A. 事前に質問が整理されるため、説明の順序決定や資料提示がスムーズになり、結果として効率化につながる場面が多く報告されています。

Q. 患者さんにどう説明して渡せばよいですか？ How should I explain the QPL to patients?
A. 「医療者に聞きたいことを考えるきっかけになる資料です」とお伝えください。患者さん向け説明動画（YouTube）をご案内するのも有効です。

5つの基本ステップ Five Basic Steps for Implementation
質問リストは、患者が質問を事前に整理して医療者と話し合うためのコミュニケーション支援ツールです。
ここで示す「５ つの基本ステップ」は、ERIC （ Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change）を基に、日本における質問リストの実装研究や臨床現場の実情を踏まえて整理した、質問リスト活用の進め方です。
The QPL is a communication support tool that helps patients organize their questions in advance and discuss them with healthcare professionals.
The “Five Basic Steps” presented here are based on ERIC (Expert Recommendations for Implementing Change) and have been adapted to reflect implementation research on QPLs in Japan as well as the realities of clinical practice.

配布・運用について Distribution and Implementation
Q. 外来でも病棟でも使えますか？ Can it be used in both outpatient and inpatient settings?
A. はい。患者さんと治療について話し合うタイミングであればいつでも活用できます。院内での配布ポイント（受付・待合・相談支援等）を決めておくと運用が安定します。
Yes. Establishing distribution points within the facility (such as reception, waiting areas, or patient support centers) can help ensure smooth operation.
Q. 配布の説明は誰が担当すべきですか？ Who should be responsible for distributing the QPL?
A. 配布は外来看護師・MSW・受付など非医師職でも可能です。診察では医師が優先質問から回答し、未回答は次回に持ち越します。
Distribution can be handled by non-physician staff such as outpatient nurses, medical social workers, or reception staff.
During the consultation, physicians address the prioritized questions, and any unanswered items can be carried over to the next visit.

Q. 医療者側の負担になりませんか？ Does using the QPL increase the workload for healthcare providers?
A. 大きな負担にはなりません。患者さんが事前に質問を整理できることで、診察が円滑になりやすいと報告されています。

Q. 質問促進リストを使ってもいいですか？ Can we freely use the Question Prompt List?
A. はい。CC BY-NC（表示 - 非営利 4.0 国際）ライセンスに基づき、原著作者を明示いただければ、複製・再配布・改変が可能です。
